The victory in the fifth week’s Head of House games of the Big Brother Naija ‘No Loose Guard’ season went to the ‘Shatoria’ pair, consisting of Shaun and Victoria, on Monday.
They are the fourth pair to claim the HOH title, halting the winning streak of the ‘Nelita’ pair, made up of Nelly and Anita, which had been dominating.
By winning, ‘Shatoria’ now enjoys immunity from nomination and a guaranteed additional week in the house. Notably, they are the first mixed-gender duo to secure this prestigious position.
Meanwhile, the upcoming eviction on Sunday will potentially see four pairs leaving the house. The nominated pairs are Wanni x Handi (Wanni and Handi), Doublekay (Kellyrae and Kassia), Aces (Topher and Sooj), and Radicals (Mhicky and Fairme David).
The nomination process took place at 8 pm, during which all housemates (excluding ‘Shatoria’) visited the diary room to nominate pairs for possible eviction.
With only 9 pairs remaining in the competition, the atmosphere in the house is becoming more intense as each pair must navigate their relationships, alliances, and strategies to survive in the game.
