Super Eagles Kick Off Training Camp for AFCON 2025 Qualifiers

Preparations are underway for the Super Eagles as they gear up for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Benin Republic and Rwanda. The training camp will commence on September 1st.

In the upcoming matches, the three-time African champions will first play against Benin Republic at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on September 7th.

Shortly after, the team will travel to Kigali to take on Rwanda at the newly renovated Amahoro Stadium.

As of now, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has not yet announced the appointment of a permanent head coach for the Super Eagles, and the roster of players selected for the qualifiers remains undisclosed.

Augustine Eguavoen, the Technical Director of the NFF, is a likely candidate to lead the team in the upcoming games.
