The call for foreign scholars under FG scholarship by PAP

Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, has urged students studying abroad on scholarships from the Federal Government to take their studies seriously and justify the investment made in them.

During a meeting with students on PAP scholarships in the United Kingdom, Otuaro emphasized the importance of academic performance as a way of giving back.

This message was conveyed in a statement by his Special Assistant on Media, Igoniko Oduma.

Otuaro highlighted the achievements of previous PAP scholarship recipients who excelled in various fields, urging the current scholars to maintain that standard of excellence.

He mentioned that many PAP graduates are thriving in their post-graduation endeavors and are playing a significant role in national development.

Otuaro reiterated that the scholarship program aligns with President Bola Tinubu’s vision for peace, stability, and socio-economic development in the Niger Delta, as outlined in his Renewed Hope Agenda.

Addressing the students, Otuaro emphasized the importance of academic dedication and high performance to meet the expectations set for them and contribute positively to the development of Nigeria.

He expressed appreciation for the students who have excelled in various disciplines, noting the President’s support for educational initiatives in the Niger Delta.

The students, in response, appreciated the visit and the commitment shown towards their scholarship and well-being by the PAP administration.
