Following his standout performance against Fulham on the Premier League opening day, Manchester United’s forward Joshua Zirkzee shared his thoughts.
Zirkzee, hailing from the Netherlands, secured the winning goal during his debut match for the Red Devils against Fulham on Friday.
The player, who was recently transferred from Bologna to Manchester United for a reported fee exceeding €42 million, came off the bench to clinch the crucial goal in the 1-0 victory at Old Trafford in the 2024-25 Premier League season kickoff.
Reflecting on his impressive start at the club, Zirkzee expressed his excitement after the game, stating (reported by Fabrizio Romano): “It’s been a dream to come here, I feel very welcomed in Manchester! Scoring on my debut here feels incredible.
