Predicting the outcome of the upcoming Premier League match, former Chelsea forward Chris Sutton believes that Manchester United may face challenges in their opener against Fulham.
Erik ten Hag’s team is set to host the Cottagers at Old Trafford this Friday night.
Expressing his opinion to BBC Sport, Sutton stated, “I foresee Fulham causing some difficulty for United at Old Trafford.”
“Based on the performances I’ve witnessed from United under Ten Hag, I am not confident in their ability to perform strongly,” he added.
Despite finishing last season in eighth place, United has bolstered their squad with four significant signings – Leny Yoro, Matthijs De Ligt, Joshua Zirkzee, and Noussair Mazraoui.
