Big Money Offer for Ivan Toney as Arsenal Forward Heads Elsewhere

Reports suggest that Brentford’s Ivan Toney has received a lucrative £15.5 million annual offer from Al-Ahli in the Saudi Pro League.

Al-Ahli has reportedly proposed a three-year contract to the England striker, whose current deal with Brentford is set to expire next summer.

Toney has garnered interest from several Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United, during this transfer window.

Meanwhile, Arsenal announced the departure of forward Cloe Lacasse from their women’s team to join Utah Royals in the USA on a permanent transfer.

In a statement, Arsenal confirmed Lacasse’s move, stating, “We can confirm that Cloe Lacasse has left Arsenal to complete a permanent transfer to Utah Royals in the USA.”

Lacasse arrived at Arsenal in the summer of 2023 from Portuguese side Benfica and made her debut in a 3-0 victory over Linkoping FC in the UEFA Women’s Champions League Round 1 qualifier on September 6, 2023.

She has also represented the Canada Women’s National Team in major tournaments such as the 2024 Olympics, 2024 CONCACAF W Gold Cup, and 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
