Samson Siasia to Make Coaching Comeback as Ban Comes to an End

Reports from NewsNow indicate that Samson Siasia, the former head coach of the Super Eagles, is poised to join a local league club in the near future.

Siasia will be eligible to resume coaching at the conclusion of this month, once the ban imposed on him by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) is lifted.

It is worth remembering that FIFA initially handed Siasia a lifetime ban following allegations of match-fixing.

However, the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) later reduced his punishment to a five-year suspension.

According to sources, several teams in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) and the second-tier Nigeria National League (NNL) have reached out to the former French club Nantes player.

Siasia is anticipated to make a decision regarding his next career move by the end of the month.
