NFF Engages in Talks with Herve Renard, Sainfeit Regarding Super Eagles Position

Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, has initiated discussions with Herve Renard and Tom Sanfeit for the available Super Eagles coaching role.

The NFF has reportedly requested “their financial terms” from the two coaches, as reported by OgaNla Media.

Renard recently parted ways with the French national team where he previously served as the head coach.

His achievements include guiding Zambia and Ivory Coast to victory in the Africa Cup of Nations in 2012 and 2015 respectively, along with coaching Morocco at the 2018 World Cup.

Meanwhile, Sanfeit managed the Gambian national team between 2018 and 2024, earning recognition as one of the top five coaches in Africa in both 2022 and 2023.

The Super Eagles are currently without a head coach following the resignation of Finidi George back in June.
