Allegation of Plot to Overthrow Tinubu’s Government: Shehu Sani Claims Money was Shared During Russian Flag Incident

Former federal lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani, has made a shocking allegation suggesting that the recent incident of protesters displaying the Russian flag in Kano, Zamfara, and other northern states was orchestrated as part of a plot to overthrow President Bola Tinubu’s government.

Concerns have been raised over the sightings of foreign flags, particularly the Russian flag, during protests against bad governance in the northern regions, as reported by NewsNow.

In various video clips, protesters can be seen waving the Russian flag while demanding military intervention in Nigeria, leading to the arrest of several individuals by the Nigeria Police Force, Department of State Services (DSS), and other security agencies.

During an appearance on Channels Television’s program, Shehu Sani expressed his views on the matter, suggesting a sinister motive behind the flag incident.

According to Sani, “A day prior to the recent protest, money was distributed to youths along with Russian flags. This indicates that the agenda behind the protest goes beyond mere opposition to the government’s policies and programs.”

He further added, “There seems to be a concerted effort to incite chaos and disorder in order to destabilize the government. It is crucial for individuals like us to speak out against such actions.”
