Commendation for Ndume’s Apology by Bwala

Responding to the recent apologies offered by former Senate Chief Whip Ali Ndume, Daniel Bwala, the ex-spokesperson for the 2023 Peoples Democratic Party presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, expressed his views on Tuesday.

Bwala noted that the previously defiant Ndume had extended apologies to President Bola Tinubu.

A few weeks back, the Senator representing Borno South had accused Tinubu of neglecting ministers and lawmakers amidst the prevailing hunger and hardship in the country.

Ndume also alleged that Tinubu’s administration consisted of individuals with kleptomaniac tendencies.

In response to his criticisms of Tinubu, Ndume was relieved of his position as Chief Whip in the Senate.

However, after a meeting with the All Progressives Congress (APC) National Working Committee led by Abdullahi Adamu, Ndume apologized to the President.

In his reaction, Bwala shared his thoughts on X: “I am pleased that the once defiant Senator has apologized to the party and, by extension, to the President for his unruly behavior. This validates my earlier stance in calling him out. With this issue resolved, we can now move forward.”
