Katsina United is on the brink of finalizing a contract extension with Alladoum Kolimba, the Nigerian Premier Football League goalkeeper.
Rumors have it that Kolimba rejected offers from various NPFL clubs in favor of staying with the Chanji Boys.
Citing the unwavering support from the fans, the shot-stopper revealed that this was the primary reason he opted to prolong his tenure with the club.
“Despite receiving multiple tempting offers, I opted to remain loyal to the Chanji Boys,” expressed Kolimba during an interview with Nigeria Player Gallery.
“The warmth and affection I receive from the people of Katsina makes me feel at home; their reliance on me is undeniable. Hence, I am committed to continuing and contributing my utmost for the team’s success.
“I want to reiterate my fondness for everyone in the state, particularly the fans – your unwavering support is profoundly appreciated,” he concluded.
