AGN President Emeka Rollas Mourns the Passing of Legendary Musician Onyeka Onwenu

Expressing profound sadness, Emeka Rollas, the President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, shared his condolences on the demise of the iconic music legend, Onyeka Onwenu.

In a statement released on Friday, Rollas hailed the late singer as a “creative colossus” endowed with boundless talent, passion, and dedication throughout her illustrious lifetime.

According to PUNCH Online, Onwenu, aged 72, passed away on Tuesday at Reddington Hospital in Lagos. She collapsed at the birthday celebration of Mrs. Stella Okoli following her performance.
