Update on Injuries from Ten Hag before Man Utd vs Liverpool Match

Erik ten Hag, the manager of Manchester United, is awaiting news on the injuries sustained by Marcus Rashford and Antony during the match against Real Betis.

Both forwards had to leave the field during the second half of their 3-2 victory in San Diego on Wednesday.

As a result, Rashford and Antony are questionable for the upcoming match against Liverpool in South Carolina on Saturday, marking the final game of the US tour.

Speaking at a press conference at UCLA, Ten Hag said, “We have to be patient. With an important game coming up, we won’t take any unnecessary risks, especially with the season starting next week. It’s crucial to make the right assessment, considering we are only a day removed from the last match.”

He added, “We will continue to evaluate their condition and determine their availability for the Liverpool game on Saturday.”
