Leboeuf: Chelsea’s Title Hopes Dim According to Former Star

Former Chelsea player Frank Leboeuf has criticized the club, stating that it’s a “disgrace” and expressing doubt that they will ever clinch the Premier League title again.

Despite having won the title six times in the past, the Blues have been title-less for the past seven years.

After finishing in sixth place last season, Chelsea’s co-owner Todd Boehly decided to replace Mauricio Pochettino with Enzo Maresca.

Maresca has been given the responsibility of guiding the high-value squad to victory.

Commenting on the situation, Leboeuf remarked to Instant Casino: “The club has the resources, but as a former player, I find it disappointing to witness their current state.

“While the squad has talent, the lack of leaders and reliable players poses a significant challenge for Enzo Maresca.

“Perhaps Chelsea can secure a cup win, such as the FA Cup this season, but winning the Premier League seems highly unlikely.”
