Explosive device in Lagos successfully neutralized by police

In a recent operation, the anti-bomb squad of the Lagos State Police Command successfully rendered safe an improvised explosive device in the Ikeja area.

The confirmation of this development was made by the State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, in a statement to PUNCH Online on Wednesday.

According to reports, the device, concealed in a bag, was abandoned on the roadside from an unregistered vehicle along Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way.
