Bomb Squad in Lagos Safely Disables Explosive Device

In the Ikeja area of Lagos, the anti-bomb squad of the Lagos State Police Command has successfully deactivated an improvised explosive device.

Confirmation of this incident was provided by the State Police Public Relations Officer, Benjamin Hundeyin, in an online statement to PUNCH Online on Wednesday.

The device, concealed in a bag, was discovered dropped by the roadside from an unregistered vehicle along Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way.
