The promotion of staff at the Federal Capital Development Authority, FCDA, on Grade Levels 07 – 15 for the Years 2022 and 2023 has been given the green light by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike.
With the exercise concluded in April 2024, a total of 1,018 Senior and Junior staff members emerged successful.
In addition, the minister has authorized the prompt review of the Conditions of Service and Operations Manual for the FCDA.
Revealing this development, the Executive Secretary of FCDA, Engr. Shehu Hadi Ahmad, confirmed that the approval was communicated by Engr. Emeka Ezeh, the Chairman of FCT Civil Service Commission.
Hence, steps are underway within the Authority to establish the necessary mechanisms for achieving the set objectives of the review.
The FCDA’s management and staff have expressed deep appreciation to the minister for the granted approvals, recognizing the positive impact it will have on boosting morale and enhancing their productivity.
