Former Zamfara State Governor, Hon. Bello Mohammed Matawalle, has extended his condolences to the family of his former Director-General of Protocol, Kabiru Yusuf, who passed away on Monday following a brief illness.
Matawalle conveyed his sympathies through a delegation led by the State’s APC Chairman, Tukur Umar Danfulani.
He spoke highly of the deceased, emphasizing his humble demeanor and dedication to his duties with passion and integrity.
The former Governor expressed disbelief upon hearing the news of the demise of the ex-protocol officer, who had served as a Permanent Secretary at the State Ministry of Youths and Sports.
Matawalle highlighted Kabiru Yusuf’s positive impact, particularly through his mentorship and adherence to Islamic principles that influenced his surroundings.
He offered prayers for the peaceful rest of the departed soul in Jannaatu Firdausi and for the family to find strength in coping with the loss.
