At least 53 girls killed in Israeli attack on school in southern Iran

At least 53 girls from Shajareh Tayyebeh primary school in the city of Minab have been killed after a missile attack by Israel. In addition, another 48 have been injured, as reported by the governor of the province of Hormozgan, Mehrdad Hasanzadeh, and reported by the EFE agency.

At this time, rescue teams are on the scene to remove debris, bodies and help the injured. The school has a total of 170 students and it is worth remembering that Saturday is the first day of the week in Iran.

Early in the morning, Israel and the United States launched a joint attack against the country, specifically, explosions have been reported in Tehran – the country’s capital – Tarbiz – in the northwest – and Isfashan – in the center. According to EFE, the chaos in the capital is manifest, with traffic stopped, lines at ATMs, parents with their children in their arms taking them out of schools…

Iran counterattack

Iran has closed airspace and cut off Internet connections, something it also did in January, during the protests that led to the massacre of January 8 and 9, when thousands of people died. At that time, the country was without connection for two weeks.

In addition, it has also counterattacked these attacks and launched missiles and drones against military bases in Bahrain, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates and Israeli military centers, according to the Revolutionary Guard, in what they have called ‘Operation True Promise 4’.
