Assuming a heel persona, Sane joined forces with IYO SKY, aiding her in defeating Bianca Belair. During Belair’s attempt to pin Sky, Bayley intervened by jumping onto the apron, causing a distraction. Belair retaliated by pursuing Bayley outside the ring. Sky tried to intervene, but accidentally collided with Bayley. Belair was on the verge of executing a KOD on Bayley when Sane made an unexpected return, saving her.
