An infant narrowly escaped death after reportedly being hit by a stray bullet believed to have been fired by a police officer in the Mkpogu community of Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt.
A Twitter user, @chiukwujioke, revealed that the victim of this incident is his colleague’s daughter, and it occurred on February 6.
