Keneibi Okoko, a 43-year-old billionaire and former People’s Democratic Party Governorship aspirant in the 2019 election, has passed away.
Reports indicate that the politician died during a liposuction surgery in Lagos on April 14 due to a power outage in the theater room, caused by the backup generator’s failure.
Liposuction is a surgical procedure aimed at removing excess fat from various parts of the body such as the thighs, hips, buttocks, abdomen, arms, neck, or back.
Youth leader of the PDP, Oyinemi Nicholas Endeley, confirmed Keneibi’s passing. Before his demise, he served as the CEO of Kenedi Engineering.
In a heartfelt tribute, Endeley expressed his shock and sorrow over Keneibi’s unexpected death.
Another individual, Gift Moncherry, also shared a touching message mourning the loss of the prominent political figure and successful businessman.
Blessing Emeka Okorogba, the deceased’s cousin, penned an emotional tribute, expressing disbelief and grief over the sudden loss of Keneibi.
