An unusual skincare regimen has made headlines as a 26-year-old woman claims to have found a more natural and cost-effective alternative to expensive cosmetics – her friend’s sperm.
Kelly Zolanski from New York mentioned that she came across a video online touting the ‘nutrients and protein’ present in male bodily fluid, prompting her to give it a try.
Admitting to being single, Kelly asked a friend for help as she didn’t have a ready supply of the fluid. The friend obliged and deposited the semen in a tub for her to keep in her fridge for future use.
Kelly incorporated the sperm into her skincare routine, mixing it with moisturizer. She noted that when applied directly, the fluid would become ‘flaky’ on her skin, hence the addition of moisturizer for smoother application.
She also mentioned that she mixed it due to the odd smell and to make it last longer since it’s ‘hard to keep up the supply’ while being single.
In a video, she can be seen tapping the semen onto her skin and commenting on its ‘illuminating’ effects. The video went viral, garnering over 3.3 million views, 299,300 likes, and 11,800 comments on TikTok.
Kelly stated in the video that it’s a low-cost alternative to expensive brands and highlighted the importance of storing it in the fridge to maintain its freshness.
Rather than leaving it on, Kelly lets the sperm dry before washing it off, attributing the nutrients in the semen for its potential skin benefits. She also mentioned calling her friend for more supply.
