The 62-year-old British father, Philip Forsythe, who was accused of raping his 33-year-old daughter while on vacation in Malia, Greece, has been exonerated following DNA evidence proving his innocence.
Forsythe’s daughter, Tammi, alleged that she was dragged into a bush and raped after a night of heavy drinking with her father. She reported the incident to the British Consulate and Greek police, leading to her father’s arrest. However, DNA tests on sperm found on her clothes revealed it was not his, ultimately leading to his release.
Despite the initial accusations and arrest, Tammi now expresses relief and joy over her father’s clearance, eagerly anticipating their reunion and looking forward to going home with their family.
