The request for the repair of a bad road in the state has prompted a reaction from Governor Nasir El-rufai.
Photos shared by @TrackaNG depicted the deplorable state of Halima road in Chikun LGA, Kaduna State, which serves as a crucial link between Chikun and Kaduna south LGA.
In response, El-Rufai clarified that it is the responsibility of the local government, not the state government, to address the issue. He also mentioned that the Administrator of Kaduna Capital Territory, alongside the Managing Director of Kaduna State Roads Agency (KADRA) Engr Habiba Buhari, and the Chairmen of Kaduna South & Chikun LGs, will oversee the road’s repair.
