2025 AFCON: Confirmed Dates for Super Eagles Qualifiers

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially announced the matchdays for the Super Eagles’ 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches against Benin Republic and Rwanda.

Beginning their campaign, the three-time African champions will square off against Benin at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Saturday, June 7.

Just three days later, the Super Eagles will then take on the Amavubi of Rwanda at the newly renovated Amahoro Stadium in Kigali.

Completing the group, the Mediterranean Knights of Libya are the other competing country.

Qualification for Morocco 2025 will see the top two teams from the group moving forward.

The AFCON 2025 qualifiers are scheduled to take place between September and November 2024.
